Creative Synergies Group is seeking a Legal Associate based in Bengaluru with a PQE of 3 to 5 years. Role and Responsibilities

Reviewing Contracts:

• Assessing various contracts such as NDAs, Service Agreements, Lease Agreements, and Employment Agreements.
• Identifying key terms, clauses, and potential risks.
• Providing observations for changes as necessary to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi.
• Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding contract reviews and observations.

Microsoft Office:

• Utilizing Microsoft Office tools for contract review, analysis, and documentation.

Legal Documentation:

• Reviewing customer/supplier documents like NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, etc.
• Providing accurate and timely feedback and recommendations for changes.

Full-Time Opportunity:

• The position offers a full-time opportunity, with the potential for extension based on performance and organizational requirements.

Eligibility

Eligibility:

• Bachelor of Law degree.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Kannada, English, and Hindi (preferred languages).
• Experience in reviewing various contracts, including Non-Disclosure Agreements, Service Agreements, Lease Agreements, Employment Agreements, etc.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
