Creative Synergies Group is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 3 to 5 years to join their office in Bengaluru for 6 months.
Role and Responsibilities
- Good Communication Skills (Preferred languages - Kannada, English & Hindi).
- Experience in reviewing various contracts including Non-Disclosure Agreement, Service Agreement, Lease Agreement, Employment Agreement, etc.
- Experience in Microsoft Office.
Eligibility
- Degree: Bachelor of Law.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years.
- Should be able to review customer / supplier documents such as NDA, MSA, SOW, etc. and provide observations for changes, as needed.
