Details of the Job/Internship
CruzenDigital is hiring a Legal professional with a minimum of 1 year of experience to support its corporate legal functions in their New Delhi office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Providing legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Ensuring compliance with corporate laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Managing corporate governance matters, including board and shareholder documentation.
- Identifying legal risks and recommending practical, business-oriented solutions.
- Supporting employment law, intellectual property, and compliance matters as required.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
- Master’s degree in Law (LLM) is an advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate or commercial law.
- Prior in-house legal experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
