Details of the Job/Internship
CSL Finance Limited is hiring a Legal Associate for a full-time, on-site role at its Noida office. The role involves legal documentation, contract review, regulatory compliance, legal research, risk assessment, and support in resolving customer and organisational disputes.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end due diligence, including charge creation, modification, and satisfaction with the Registrar of Companies.
- Carry out CERSAI filings within prescribed timelines.
- Apply knowledge of the Indian Stamp Act.
- Track acknowledgements and maintain filing records.
- Draft and vet agreements, including lease deeds.
- Manage CKYC registrations and updates for borrowers and related parties.
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve CKYC discrepancies.
- Conduct legal research on banking, finance, property, and commercial laws.
- Track regulatory updates related to lending and documentation.
- Apply strong drafting, analytical, research, communication, and coordination skills.
Eligibility
- Law graduate with an LL.B. degree.
- Freshers are welcome.
