Daga Legal is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 0 to 3 years to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Involve legal research, drafting, and case preparation.
- They will be expected to conduct thorough research on legal precedents, case laws, statutes, and regulations to support case strategies.
- Additionally, they should stay updated on changes in the law that could affect ongoing cases or client advice.
- Their drafting responsibilities will include preparing a variety of legal documents such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, contracts, agreements, and legal opinions, ensuring accuracy and clarity to prevent potential loopholes or misinterpretations.
- They will gather and organize evidence, witness statements, and other relevant information to help build a strong case.
- Representing clients under the guidance of senior lawyers will also be a part of their role, along with supporting trial preparation tasks like drafting arguments and opening/closing statements.
Eligibility
Lawyers with 0-3 years of experience in litigation and drafting.
