Details of the Job/Internship

Dalmf Company is hiring a Legal Associate to join their office in Chennai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handling civil suits and property disputes.
• Court appearances before District Courts and Subordinate Courts.
• Drafting plaints, written statements, affidavits, and petitions.
• Filing procedural applications and court documentation.
• Coordinating case filings and ensuring procedural compliance, including coordination with police stations.
• Preparing legal documents and analysing legal issues.
• Assisting in contract reviews and ensuring compliance.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Eligibility

• Enrolled Advocate with Bar Council.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); additional certifications are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of law and handling legal issues.
• Proficiency in legal document preparation.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in civil litigation and property-related disputes.
• Comfortable with court appearances and procedural filings.
• Ability to coordinate and provide case progress updates.
• Relevant experience in corporate or legal advisory roles is an advantage.

Salary/Stipend
