Details of the Job/Internship

DataVolt is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 3+ Years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• You will be able to play an active and key role in our Projects team while being part of the wider transaction advisory and business development team.
• The international focus of our business will allow you to participate in blue-chip transactions, first-of-its-kind market entries as well as a decent international exposure with leading banks, law firms, and business counterparties.
• You will be part of a growing in-house legal team at an early stage and experience business growth firsthand.

Eligibility

• 3+ years of experience as a practicing lawyer either in a top law firm or the in-house legal department of an international company.
• Background or interest in technology, real estate, commercial leasing, telecommunications, or data centers is a plus.
• Law Degree from a reputable university/law school.
• Fluent in the English language (written and spoken).

Salary/Stipend
