Details of the Job/Internship

Davawala & Co. is hiring for the position of Legal Associate with 1-2 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, written statements, and other litigation documents.
• Appear before courts and tribunals for IP-related matters.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis in Trademark & Copyright disputes.
• Coordinate with clients, investigators, and court officials for enforcement actions.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognized university with enrollment in the Bar Council of India.
• 1–2 years’ experience in litigation (IP experience preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Freshers with a strong interest in IP litigation are welcome to apply.

Salary/Stipend
