Details of the Job/Internship
DDG Legal is hiring a Legal Associate with an experience level suitable for fresh graduates or law interns to join their office in Prashant Vihar, Rohini, Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Focus on Indirect Tax Litigations, specifically covering VAT and GST cases.
- Carry out extensive legal research to support ongoing tax litigation and advisory.
- Draft various legal documents, including petitions, replies, and notices related to tax disputes.
- Make appearances before Courts and various Government Departments on behalf of the firm.
- Manage case files and stay updated on the latest amendments in tax laws and regulations.
- Provide legal solutions and assessments for clients facing indirect tax challenges.
Eligibility
- Must be a Law Graduate holding an LL.B. or B.A.LL.B. degree.
- Law Interns are also eligible to apply for this program.
- Strong interest and foundational knowledge in Indirect Taxation (VAT & GST).
- Ability to conduct thorough research and perform drafting tasks independently.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication for court and departmental interactions.
