Deccan AI Experts is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 1+ years to join their team based in San Francisco and Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and assist in the preparation of legal documents.
- Draft contracts, agreements, and official correspondence.
- Assist with corporate governance, compliance, and dispute resolution matters.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Legal Associate or intern.
- Strong research skills and knowledge of legal procedures.
- Ability to communicate legal matters clearly and concisely.
