Details of the Job/Internship
Dezerv is hiring a Legal Associate to support its legal and compliance functions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting various business agreements and legal documents.
- Provide legal and compliance support for corporate and operational transactions.
- Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Support corporate governance activities, including maintenance of statutory records and filings.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for contract negotiations and execution.
- Assist with registrations, documentation, and stamping requirements.
- Monitor legal and regulatory changes affecting the business.
- Liaise with external counsel and advisors when required.
Eligibility
- Strong knowledge of corporate laws, contract law, and registration processes.
- Strong analytical reasoning and decision-making skills.
