Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
• Conduct legal due diligence for investor funding rounds.
• Support end-to-end transaction advisory for equity and strategic investments.
• Advise clients on corporate legal matters, structuring, and compliance.

Eligibility

• 0–2 years of corporate law experience, preferably with transaction advisory exposure.
• Strong command over commercial contracts and company law.
• Excellent communication and legal drafting skills.
• Passion for working in a fast-paced, startup ecosystem.
