Details of the Job/Internship

Dhanutek Soft Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Associate – Transaction Advisory with a minimum of 3 years’ experience to support its legal team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and provide advisory on commercial contracts.
• Conduct legal due diligence for companies.
• Provide transaction advisory support to businesses and start-ups.
• Advise start-ups on venture capital transactions, assist in fundraising documentation, and support closure of deals.
• Structure transactions, including cross-border acquisitions.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents such as share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, subscription agreements, investment agreements, and ancillary documents.
• Advise on applicable laws and regulatory compliance across industries.

Eligibility

• LLB/LLM with minimum 3 years of experience.
• Proven experience in transaction advisory and legal due diligence.
• Strong business communication and negotiation skills.
• Tech-savvy with strong data analysis abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
