Details of the Job/Internship

DhriTee Advocates and Legal Consultants is hiring a Legal Associate with 2–3 years of PQE to join their office in Mumbai. The role involves supporting the firm’s varied practice areas, including white-collar crime matters, corporate advisory, litigation, contract drafting, and arbitration-related work.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in matters related to white-collar crimes and economic offences.
• Support corporate and commercial advisory, including governance, compliance, and transactional work.
• Handle civil and criminal litigation before courts and tribunals.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements such as vendor contracts, employment documents, service agreements, and NDAs.
• Assist in arbitration and dispute resolution, including pre-litigation strategy.

Eligibility

2–3 years of post-qualification experience.

Salary/Stipend

₹45,000.
