Details of the Job/Internship
Dhruva Space is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 1–5 years to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Ensure company compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Assist in handling corporate governance, regulatory filings, and other statutory requirements.
- Liaise with external legal counsel and manage litigation and dispute matters.
- Support internal departments (HR, Finance, Operations, etc.) with legal advice and documentation.
- Conduct legal research and provide summaries and opinions as needed.
- Maintain and organize legal files, contracts, and records.
- Assist in developing and updating company policies, templates, and standard procedures.
- Manage intellectual property matters, including trademarks and patents, if applicable
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s degree (LLM) is an advantage.
- 1–5 years of experience as a Legal Associate or in a similar legal role.
- Strong knowledge of corporate laws, contracts, labor laws, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Proficient with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience working with in-house legal departments or corporate law firms.
- Exposure to sectors like Aerospace, IT, or Manufacturing.
