Details of the Job/Internship
Dhyani & Associates is hiring for the position of Legal Associate to join their office in Dehradun.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and prepare legal documents including pleadings, contracts, notices, and petitions.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analyze statutes, rulings, and legal precedents.
- Represent clients in court under the guidance of senior counsel.
- Provide legal advice to clients across various matters.
- Work collaboratively with senior attorneys on case strategy and execution.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
- Strong understanding of core legal principles and procedures.
- Excellent legal drafting and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in legal research and case analysis.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Prior experience in any of the firm’s practice areas is a plus.
- Additional legal certifications will be considered an advantage.
