Details of the Job/Internship

DM Associates is hiring a Legal Associate with 1–2 years of experience in real estate (non-litigation) to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle CF (Construction Finance) cases.
• Manage retail legal operations and non-litigation matters.
• Draft, review, and manage real estate legal documentation.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for legal processes and compliance.

Eligibility

• LLB with 1–2 years of experience in real estate non-litigation.
• Hands-on experience in CF matters and retail legal operations.
• Strong understanding of legal documentation and compliance.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary/Stipend
