Dolce Vita Advisors is hiring for the position of Legal Associate with 0-2 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate SPAs, SHAs, JV agreements, and various commercial contracts.
• Support clients on M&A transactions, corporate restructuring, and fundraising activities.
• Advise on corporate, securities, and tax laws.
• Contribute to matters involving capital markets and private investments.
• Assist with UAE corporate and financial legal frameworks.
• Handle ongoing legal support for retainer clients, including compliance, governance, and advisory services.
• Conduct legal research, track regulatory developments, and contribute to thought leadership content.

Eligibility

• Law graduates (LL.B.) with 0–2 years of experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Prior exposure to corporate advisory, M&A, or securities law (internships or previous roles).
• Company Secretary qualification or ongoing pursuit is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
