Details of the Job/Internship
DSA LEGAL is hiring an Associate with 2–4 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in providing strategic legal advice on litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters.
- Draft, review, and prepare pleadings, applications, and comprehensive dispute-related documentation.
- Handle litigation and commercial disputes across various courts, tribunals, and arbitration forums.
- Identify legal risks and develop practical solutions in coordination with senior team members.
- Develop templates, research notes, and innovative legal strategies for effective dispute management.
- Support client engagement initiatives to strengthen and expand the firm’s client base.
- Ensure all documentation and filings safeguard the legal and commercial interests of clients.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree with 2–4 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Proven experience in handling litigation and arbitration matters.
- Excellent command over both spoken and written English.
- Preferred: Prior exposure to courts across the Delhi-NCR region.
- Preferred: Knowledge of any regional language.
- Strong ability to conduct legal research and draft complex pleadings.
