Details of the Job/Internship

Dushyant's Legal Services is hiring a Legal Associate to join their office in Gujarat.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments.
• Provide independent consultation to clients,advising them on legal matters, including national and international issues.
• Using legal practice management software, developing and maintaining workflows, legal templates, and other documents.
• Collaborating with other law firms to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Writing articles and other materials to promote Their firm and its services.
• Assisting with other legal and non-legal duties as assigned.
• Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing innovative ideas.

Eligibility

• A solid understanding of legal principles and procedures, with excellent research and drafting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise advice to clients.
• Experience with legal practice management software and a willingness to learn new technologies.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.

Salary/Stipend
