Dushyant Legal Services (DLS) is a venture that has been started with great passion by Dushyant Shah, an attorney licensed and based in India. Inspired by its founder’s versatile 7+ years’ work experience in various local institutions and subsidiaries of international companies, DLS offers a comprehensive range of legal services to both domestic and international clients comprising individuals, law firms and other corporations. Services offered include litigation, legal research and drafting, consultancy in business law, intellectual property rights, general consulting, and tech and other support for law firms.

Details of the Job/Internship

Dushyant Legal Services (DLS) is looking for candidate for the position of Legal Associate.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments.
• Provide independent consultation to clients, advising them on legal matters, including national and international issues.
• Using legal practice management software, developing and maintaining workflows, legal templates, and other documents.
• Collaborating with other law firms to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Writing articles and other materials to promote our firm and its services.
• Assisting with other legal and non-legal duties as assigned.
• Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing innovative ideas.

Eligibility

• 0-2 years experience.
• A solid understanding of legal principles and procedures, with excellent research and drafting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise advice to clients.
• Experience with legal practice management software and a willingness to learn new technologies.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Pro and MS Office.
• A no-work-is-too-small attitude, knowledge-hungry, honest, willing to take risks and try new things, and tech-savvy.

Salary/Stipend

2.5L per annum.
