Details of the Job/Internship
EasyTax Planner is hiring a Legal Associate with 1–3 years of experience in real estate law to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review conveyance deeds, agreements to sell, sale deeds, gift/transfer/release deeds, rectification deeds, and powers of attorney.
- Conduct property due diligence, title searches, and prepare title reports, property search reports, and legal opinions.
- Identify encumbrances and legal risks, providing remedies and solutions.
- Draft and review mortgage-related documents, including Intimation of Mortgage (IOM) and Memoranda of Deposit of Title Deeds.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and registration authorities for loan security and registration compliance.
Eligibility
- LL.B. (3-year or 5-year) from a recognized law school with State Bar Council enrollment.
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate law, conveyancing, or property due diligence.
- Strong drafting and vetting skills in property documentation.
- Knowledge of land laws, registration, and mortgage procedures.
- Proficiency in English and local language (jurisdiction-specific).
- Strong research, communication, and coordination skills.
