Details of the Job/Internship

Echo Base Global is hiring a Legal Associate with 3–7 years of experience to lead and manage core legal functions across its dynamic operations. This is a high-responsibility role requiring precision, organisational discipline, and the ability to work across a broad range of legal matters with minimal oversight. The position is fully remote.

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day legal operations, including workflow management and document control.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Support entity governance, regulatory filings, and corporate structuring.
• Contribute to M&A initiatives, including due diligence and transaction documentation.
• Assist with litigation and pre-litigation activities in collaboration with external counsel.
• Partner with internal teams and business leaders to support strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance, rigorous legal processes, and version control across all workstreams.

Eligibility

• 3–7 years of legal experience, ideally with training at a top-tier law firm.
• Expertise in corporate, commercial, or M&A matters.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Interest in crypto, blockchain, or emerging financial technologies; prior exposure is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to develop or deepen understanding of U.S. legal frameworks.

Salary/Stipend
