Details of the Job/Internship
Edrafter Legal Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (www.edrafter.in) is hiring for the positio of Legal Associate with 1-2 years of experience to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal notices, agreements, deeds, POAs, and other legal documents.
- Provide legal consultation and assistance to clients.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all drafted documents.
- Assist in trademark registration, including application filing, documentation, and follow-up.
- Support in FSSAI registration and licensing processes.
- Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with clients to collect necessary information and documentation.
- Maintain organized case records and documentation for all assignments.
Eligibility
- Qualification: LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) – Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.
- Good knowledge of legal drafting and procedures.
- Familiarity with trademark and FSSAI processes is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- High attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
