Details of the Job/Internship
Edrafter Legal Solutions is hiring a Bar Council Registered Advocate to assist in legal consultations, drafting legal notices and documents, and supporting trademark and FSSAI registration processes.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and send legal documents and notices.
- Provide legal consultation and assistance to clients.
- Prepare agreements, deeds, POAs, and other legal documents accurately.
- Assist in trademark registration, including application filing, documentation, and follow-up.
- Support FSSAI registration and licensing services.
- Conduct basic legal research for accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with clients to gather information and documents.
- Maintain proper documentation and case records.
Eligibility
- LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws), Bar Council registered.
- Freshers or 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of drafting legal documents and legal procedures.
- Familiarity with trademark and FSSAI processes is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
