Edrafter Legal Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 0 to 2 years to join their office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and issue legal notices and documents.
- Provide legal consultation and assistance to clients.
- Prepare agreements, deeds, powers of attorney, and other legal documents with accuracy and compliance.
- Handle consumer litigation matters before Consumer Commissions and Forums, including drafting, filing, appearances, and representation as required.
- Conduct basic legal research to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with clients to collect required information and documents.
- Maintain proper documentation and case records for all assignments.
- Advise and assist the company on corporate legal matters, statutory compliances, and regulatory filings.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree.
- Freshers and candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience are eligible.
- Registration with the Bar Council is required.
- Strong knowledge of legal drafting and legal procedures.
- Knowledge of filing, drafting, and handling consumer litigation matters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
