Details of the Job/Internship
Eide Bailly is hiring a Legal Associate with 1–5 years of professional legal experience to support its law department operations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate client engagement letters, master services agreements, and statements of work.
- Support the Request for Proposal response team in preparing submissions for public and private entities.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of assigned legal projects.
- Provide ongoing support to law department operations.
Eligibility
- 1–5 years of professional legal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
- LL.B. or integrated law degree from a recognised Indian university, or a Juris Doctor degree.
- Additional qualifications such as Company Secretary are an advantage.
- Strong business acumen, preferably with experience in professional services firms.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
- High standards of professional ethics and integrity.
