ElectriVa is hiring a Legal Associate with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join their Kolkata office. The role involves managing on-ground legal challenges, contract review, compliance issues, and supporting new ventures and project documentation.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle legal issues including theft, damage incidents, and Police FIRs.
• Manage compliance matters and safeguard the company from business losses.
• Assist in tendering, new ventures, and project legal documentation.
• Draft and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
• Proactively address on-ground legal challenges.

Eligibility

Candidates must have an LL.B. degree with an active AIB (Bar Council of India) License and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
