Details of the Job/Internship

Eludication is hiring a Legal Associate to join their office in Rajouri Garden, New Delhi. The role involves handling IP and commercial legal matters, conducting research, and drafting legal documents.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on IP and commercial law matters.
• Draft and review legal documents related to trademarks, copyrights, designs, patents, and commercial transactions.
• Assist in handling anti-counterfeiting and IP commercial litigation matters.
• Support senior attorneys in complex legal issues and client representation.

Eligibility

• 0–2 years of post-qualification experience.
• Keen interest in trademark law, copyright, anti-counterfeiting, and commercial matters.
• Strong research and drafting skills.

Salary/Stipend
