Details of the Job/Internship

Emerge Legal is hiring for the position of Legal Associate with 0-3 years of experience to join their office in Gurgaon/Ludhiana. 

Role and Responsibilities

At Emerge Legal, the role of the Legal associate is to support the legal team to deliver superlative legal services. The main responsibilities are:

• Analyse regulations, statutes, and case law to fortify legal arguments.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research on diverse issues, providing succinct summaries and well-founded recommendations.
• ​Help in the preparation of motions, briefs, and other important court filings.
• Assist in preparing clients for meetings, hearings, and other legal proceedings.

Eligibility

• The candidate must have done an LLB from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in Punjab and Haryana.
• Legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
