EnKash is hiring for the position of Legal Associate with 2-3 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Legal Drafting & Review: Draft, review, and amend legal documents and agreements to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Research & Advisory: Conduct legal research and provide actionable insights to support business operations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and ensure adherence to relevant regulations, particularly RBI norms and company law.
- Contract Management: Maintain, track, and organize legal contracts and other important documentation.
- Cross-functional Support: Collaborate with internal teams to provide legal guidance on various business initiatives.
Eligibility
- Educational Background: LL.B (LL.M in corporate law is a plus).
- Experience: 2–3 years of legal experience, preferably in the fintech or banking sector.
- Technical Expertise: Familiarity with Payment Integrators (PI) and Payment Gateways (PG).
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of company law, RBI regulations, and fintech compliance.
- Skills: Excellent research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
