Details of the Job/Internship

Enzyme Office Spaces Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Associate – Real Estate & Commercial with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join their office in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. The role involves handling real estate transactions, commercial leasing, corporate compliance, and related legal operations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate agreements including lease deeds, sale deeds, leave and license agreements, and construction agreements.
• Conduct legal due diligence of properties and title verification.
• Handle property registrations, land acquisition matters, and liaise with government and regulatory authorities.
• Draft and vet commercial contracts including service agreements, vendor contracts, MoUs, NDAs, and partnership agreements.
• Provide legal advice on business operations, risk management, and statutory compliance.
• Handle litigation matters related to property disputes, contractual breaches, and regulatory notices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to minimize legal risk across all functions.
• Keep track of changes in property laws, RERA, municipal regulations, and corporate compliance norms.
• Maintain accurate records of legal documents, agreements, and case files.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s degree (LLM) is a plus.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in real estate and commercial legal matters.
• Experience with title due diligence, land acquisition, and lease documentation.
• Knowledge of RERA, Transfer of Property Act, Indian Contract Act, and other relevant laws.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

Salary/Stipend
