Details of the Job/Internship

EscrowTech India is hiring for the position of Legal Associate to join their Chennai office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible for drafting/reviewing legal documents like Software Escrow Agreements, NDAs, and Addendums.
• Agreement negotiation with various customers regarding the Agreement terms.
• Timely handling of queries raised by any customer.
• Facilitating Agreement execution and follow-up with Customers for timely completion of Agreements and obtaining copies of the signed agreements

Eligibility

• Bachelors in Law with a flair for documentation.
• Professional experience: Experience in Contract Management in IT or BPO domain.
• Expert in Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Strong negotiating skills.
• Multicultural awareness and sensitivity – engaging appropriately with colleagues and customers of different nationalities.

Salary/Stipend
