Details of the Job/Internship
EstateDeal.in is hiring a Legal Associate for a full-time on-site role in Andheri East, Marol (Mumbai). The role is ideal for candidates with 0–3 years of experience, including freshers with strong legal knowledge, who have an interest in real estate law, due diligence, and documentation. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review property documents, title deeds, sale certificates, and legal records.
- Conduct legal due diligence on bank auction properties.
- Coordinate with banks, DRT offices, advocates, and government authorities.
- Draft and review agreements, NOCs, indemnity documents, and sale-related paperwork.
- Provide legal advisory support to internal teams and clients.
- Assist in resolving property-related disputes and clarifications.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in documentation and processes.
Eligibility
- LL.B. / Law Graduate (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of property law, SARFAESI Act, and auction procedures (preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided).
- Good drafting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to explain legal matters clearly to clients and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach.
