Details of the Job/Internship
Etumon is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Associate to join them at their office in Patna.
Role and Responsibilities
- The Legal Associate will be responsible for preparing legal documents, analyzing legal issues, and providing consultation on legal matters.
- Other tasks include supporting litigation efforts, maintaining accurate legal records, and communicating effectively with clients and other stakeholders.
- The associate will work closely with other legal professionals and support staff to ensure the highest standard of legal services.
Eligibility
- Proficiency in Law with exposure in Intellectual Property.
- Experience of handling Compliance, Drafting Replies, Opposition Notices, Counterstatementd & Evidence Affidavits including of Legal Documents.
- Strong Analytical Skills and understanding of various notices issued by the registry.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage multiple tasks.
- Prior experience or education in Intellectual Property law is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Law & Bar Council Registration is mandatory.
