Details of the Job/Internship
Factum legal is hiring Legal Associate with the experience of 1 to 2 years to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting/Advisory on Corporate and commercial agreements.
- Drafting of various applications, petitions, rejoinders, legal notices, legal replies, claims, counterclaims, written statements, etc.
- Legal due diligence.
- Regular interaction with clients/professional firms/ Sr. counsels.
- Undertake requisite research and legal analysis of the status, decided cases, etc.
- Regulatory, General corporate & compliance works.
Eligibility
- Post-qualification of 1-2 years of experience in above-specified fields.
- LL.B. (+CS will be preferred).
- Expert knowledge of Corporate laws, IBC, Employment laws, and Commercial and business laws.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including a clear and concise drafting style.
- Ability to handle pressure at work.
