Details of the Job/Internship
Fair & Just Legal Solutions LLP is hiring a Legal Associate – Banking & Finance with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in Noida. The role involves handling banking and finance matters, including drafting and reviewing finance documents, preparing legal opinions, advising on insolvency processes, and appearing before tribunals.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review project finance and loan documents including loan agreements, mortgage deeds, hypothecation deeds, and escrow agreements.
- Prepare legal opinions on the Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, SARFAESI, IBC, and other banking and commercial laws.
- Review contracts and agreements.
- Advise on corporate insolvency resolution and liquidation processes under IBC.
- Review resolution plans for companies under CIRP.
- Appear before NCLT, NCLAT, RERA, and RERA Appellate Tribunal from time to time.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a reputed university; CS qualification is an added advantage.
- 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm, preferably in a corporate law firm or dealing with banking and finance matters.
- Experience in handling banking and finance matters with good knowledge of banking and corporate laws.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
