Details of the Job/Internship
Fairfest Media is hiring a Legal Associate with 1–3 years of experience in corporate or contract law to join its Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and sponsorship documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel on regulatory and corporate matters.
- Assist in M&A due diligence, transaction documentation, and compliance.
- Maintain and organize legal documentation and contract management systems.
- Support leadership on fundraising and IPO readiness initiatives.
- Conduct legal research on Indian and US laws, summarizing compliance updates.
Eligibility
- LL.B. / LL.M. from a recognized university.
- 1–3 years of experience in corporate or contract law.
- Strong understanding of commercial transactions.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Interest or prior exposure to M&A, fundraising, or IPO processes preferred.
