Details of the Job/Internship

Falcon Legal is hiring for the position of Legal Associate with 3 years of post-qualification experience in handling procedures at various Courts of Law in and around Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Area of Practice: Civil, Criminal and Commercial Litigation

Role and Responsibilities

The Legal Associate will be responsible for a wide range of legal tasks including researching and analyzing legal issues, drafting legal documents, conducting negotiations, and representing clients in legal proceedings.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of law and experience in the legal field.
• Experience in legal document preparation.
• Enrolled with Bar Council of Maharashtra.
• Well versed with Marathi language.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in arbitration, family law, NCLT, real estate, taxation, and/or intellectual property rights is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law.
