Falcon Legal is looking for candidate for the position of Legal Associate.

Role and Responsibilities

• Legal Associate, will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including research, legal document preparation, analyzing legal issues, effective communication, ability to work collaboratively and comprehensive legal advice.

Eligibility

• Strong understanding of law, including experience in Criminal, Civil & Commercial Laws Enrolled with Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa.
• Well versed with Marathi/ Local Language.
• Excellent drafting skillLaw and Legal Issues knowledge.
• Strong legal document preparation skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex legal matters.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently under tight deadlines.
• Experience in specific legal domains (e.G., Criminal, Civil, Corporate Law) is a plus.
• Master's degree in Law or related field is preferred.
• Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include attention to detail, the ability to work under tight deadlines, proactive problem-solving abilities, and strong sense of ethic and professional responsibility.

Salary/Stipend
