Details of the Job/Internship

Falcon Legal is hiring Legal Associate with the experience of 3 year or more to join their office in Mumbai.

Eligibility

• Strong understanding of law, including experience in Criminal, Civil and Commercial Law.
• Experience in legal document preparation.
• Enrolled with Bar Council of Maharashtra.
• Well versed with Marathi/ Local language.
• Excellent drafting and preparing legal documentation skill.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve complex legal issues.
• Effective communication skills for engaging with clients and colleagues.
• General awareness of regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or related field.
• Experience in litigation and arbitration is preferred.
