Details of the Job/Internship
Falcon Legal is hiring Legal Associates and Senior Legal Associates for litigation roles in Andheri, Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conducting in-depth legal research and case analysis.
- Drafting and reviewing pleadings, petitions, contracts, and legal documents.
- Appearing before courts, tribunals, and authorities for hearings and proceedings.
- Advising clients on legal issues, risks, and compliance matters.
- Collaborating with partners and associates on case strategy and client management.
- Managing multiple matters efficiently with high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a recognised university.
- Master’s in Law is preferred.
- Minimum three years of post-qualification experience in civil and or criminal litigation.
- Enrolment with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
- Proficiency in Marathi and the local language.
- Strong knowledge of civil, criminal, and commercial laws.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and research skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in corporate law or arbitration is an added advantage.
