Details of the Job/Internship
Falcon Legal is hiring a Legal Associate / Senior Legal Associate – Litigation with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience to join their Andheri office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed legal research and case analysis.
- Draft and review pleadings, petitions, and contracts.
- Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and authorities.
- Advise clients on legal risks, compliance, and case strategy.
- Collaborate with partners and associates on client matters.
- Manage multiple cases while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognized university (LL.M. preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in Civil and/or Criminal Litigation.
- Enrolment with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa.
- Proficiency in Marathi and English.
- Strong knowledge of Civil, Criminal, and Commercial Laws.
- Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in Corporate Law or Arbitration is an added advantage.
