Details of the Job/Internship

Fazal Law Chambers is hiring a Litigation Associate with 0-2 years of experience to work at the Hyderabad office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients in litigation cases, covering a range of legal matters such as contracts, property, torts, criminal, DRT, family, consumer, and civil disputes.
• Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and property legal scrutiny reports.
• Represent clients in court, including hearings, trials, and appeals.
• Travel to various legal forums and courts within the city.

Eligibility

•  Law degree from a recognized university.
•  0-2 years of experience in litigation.
• Valid Certificate of Practice from the Bar Council, must have passed the AIBE exam.
• Strong research and analytical skills, proficiency in English, Telugu, and Hindi, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
