FinStackk Legal LLP is the legal arm operating independently from FinStackk. The firm supports startups, SMEs, global founders, and enterprises with U.S.–India cross-border structuring, corporate governance, compliance, and contracts. The team also collaborates closely with the FinStackk technology division to help build platform-integrated legal workflows.
Details of the Job/Internship
FinStackk Legal LLP is hiring for the position of Legal Associate with 0-1 year of experience to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct research on corporate governance, structuring, and compliance across major U.S. jurisdictions
- Assist with U.S.–India cross-border structuring, including ODI and FDI transactions
- Draft and review:
- Investment Agreements
- Co-Founder Agreements
- ESOP Plans
- Employment Agreements
- Service & Vendor Agreements
- IP Assignments & Licensing Agreements
- Support corporate documentation and compliance workflows
- Work with the tech team to develop legal-automation features for the FinStackk platform
Eligibility
- JD or LL.B. required (freshers welcome)
- 0–1 years of PQE (internship experience counted)
- Strong drafting, research, and communication skills
- Interest in startups, cross-border law, or international business
- Knowledge of FEMA, RBI circulars, or U.S. regulations is a plus
