Details of the Job/Internship
FINVIN Advisor Private Limited is hiring a Legal Associate to join their on-site office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in legal research and case preparation.
- Draft agreements and analyse contracts.
- Prepare and manage case files related to insolvency and distressed assets.
- Liaise with clients, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities.
- Advise on compliance matters and applicable legal requirements.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings related to insolvency and distressed asset resolution.
- Support legal strategies and ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in law, including LL.B. or equivalent qualification.
- Strong understanding of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and related regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in legal research, agreement drafting, and case preparation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Prior experience in handling NPAs, insolvency, or distressed asset matters is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
