FINVIN Group is hiring for the position of Legal Associate with 1 year of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist the Insolvency Professional (IP) in managing liquidation and resolution processes under IBC.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including creditors, financial institutions, regulators, and legal professionals.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, IBBI regulations, and court/tribunal directives.
- Draft legal notices, replies, and other documentation relevant to insolvency proceedings.
- Independently handle end-to-end insolvency and liquidation processes, ensuring adherence to statutory timelines.
Eligibility
- Law Degree (LLB/LLM).
- Company Secretary (CS) qualification preferred.
- Experience Required: Minimum 1 year.
