Details of the Job/Internship

Fluence is hiring Legal Associate with the experience of 3 to 5 years to join their office in Bengaluru.

Eligibility

• You have a solid legal background with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate contracting and compliance matters. If you have company secretarial experience, that would be a big plus.
• You have also seen and worked on a wide variety of other matters that come across the table of an in-house lawyer in a small legal department.
• Ideally, you have some experience in industrial equipment, construction or utility projects. If your experience comes from the renewable energy or energy storage sector, they might think you are very fancy indeed.
• You have experience working in an international company, supporting entities across a large number of jurisdictions in APAC. They can safely let you handle all corporate matters for their portfolio of entities in the countries they're active in, including India, Singapore, Taiwan, Philippines and Australia.
