Details of the Job/Internship

Fortunewise Legal is hiring a Legal Associate – Client Secondment with 0–3 years of experience to join their on-site team in Indore/Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh. The candidate will be deputed full-time at the premises of a reputed hygiene-products and FMCG manufacturing conglomerate, gaining direct exposure to corporate, commercial, industrial, and intellectual-property law functions within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, vet, and negotiate commercial contracts including manufacturing, supply, distribution, OEM, and consultancy agreements.
• Support corporate and statutory compliance under Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, and allied legislations.
• Assist in labour, employment, and industrial relations documentation and compliance.
• Support in trademark, design, and copyright filings, renewals, and opposition management.
• Conduct legal research and prepare internal advisories and opinions.
• Assist in litigation preparation, case filing, and coordination with external counsel.
• Collaborate with internal business, procurement, HR, and finance departments on legal queries.
• Maintain compliance trackers, dashboards, and fortnightly reports for supervision and audit.

Eligibility

• LL.B. / B.A. LL.B. (completed or final year).
• 0–3 years of experience; fresh graduates with strong internship experience may apply.
• Exposure to corporate, manufacturing, or IPR sectors preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial law, contract drafting, and compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with SEBI and Listing Regulations or willingness to learn capital-market compliance processes.
• Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and professional discipline.
• Willingness to work on-site daily at client premises and adhere to lock-in conditions.
