Details of the Job/Internship

Forum of Engineering, Experts and Designers (FEED) is hiring a Legal Associate with 0–5 years of relevant in-house legal or law firm experience to join their office in Delhi. The role involves managing end-to-end legal affairs and supporting cross-functional business units. Working days are 5.5 per week, with timings from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (flexible).

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review commercial contracts, including vendor agreements and joint ventures.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with external counsels on litigation and arbitration matters.
• Conduct legal research as required.

Eligibility

• LLB in any specialization.
• 0–5 years of relevant in-house legal or law firm experience.
• Exposure to contracts, intellectual property, and litigation management.
• Strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
